Emails and voicemails are answered M-F, 9am-3pm and do not include holidays. We try to get back to families within 24 hours. However there are times when it does take longer (up to 72 business hours), depending on the needs of our family and/or animals.

 Please feel free to email us at any time, however we are for the most part closed on weekends with the exception of sending puppies home by appointment.

We are a family run business and do have times we are unavailable. We have animals to care for: grooming, excercise, playtime, mamas to whelp, routine vet appointments and puppy vet check appointments.
